Minutes of Board of Directors’ Meeting authorizing
the opening of the account, signed by the company President and Secretary,
and indicating the names of the signatories on the account and sample
signatures.

Two (2) copies of ID and additional ID of dignitaries
and signatories (driver’s license or Social Security card).

Bank or business reference letters of the company.

Foreigners must present two (2) current bank reference
letters and passport.
