Requirements:

• Completed and duly signed application
• Copy of passport, including pages showing the migratory movements (entry and exit seals), for foreign nationals
• Copy of second ID (Driver’s license, Social Security Card, etc.)
• Last 2 Income Tax Statements,  letter of employment or, if retired, pensioner certificate
• Two bank reference letters from country of origin
• Reference letter from a local bank, if client of one
• Credit references from country of origin
